In an ambitious move to overhaul its outdated housing systems, Bristol City Council launched a multi-year digital transformation to implement NEC Housing. We stepped in as the Senior Business Analyst, leading discovery workshops with stakeholders across Planned Maintenance, Repairs, Finance, and Compliance. Through a meticulous AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, we identified pain points in legacy operations and proposed streamlined, future-ready processes. Our contributions included drafting business requirements documents, producing RACI matrices, and managing vendor alignment. The programme met key milestones under our guidance, and our structured documentation became instrumental for training, onboarding, and operational handover. This transformation improved service delivery for thousands of housing users.
